Below is the Loan requirement needed for Individual Salary Worker
- Proof of regular income (3 months pay slips)
- Provision of bank statement (At least 6 months)
- 2 passport size photographs
- Identity Card (Ghana Card)
- 2 Guarantors with 1 passport picture and 1 ID card each
- Letter of Undertaking from your employer
- Inspection of client’s work place and home
- Completed Application Form
- Signed Offer Letter
Below is the Loan requirement needed for Business Loan;
- Proof of business
- Proof of cash flow – Sales book, bank statement, etc (At least 6 months)
- 2 passport size photographs
- 2 Guarantors with 1 passport picture and 1 ID card each
- Inspection of client’s business and home
- Completed Application Form
- Signed Offer Letter
Below is the Loan requirement needed for Corporate and SMEs;
- Proof of Identity Card (Voters ID, Passport, Drivers License, etc.) of Directors
- Company registration documents
- Company profile
- Contract agreement (If applicable)
- Board resolution
- Application letter to Borrow
- Bank statement for recent months (At least 6 months)
- Inspection of company
- Completed Application Form
- Signed Offer Letter
